Due to the Corona pandemic , the IPL stopped the home and away format. Now once again IPL 2023 is come back with the home and away format and the Chennai super kings is playing at his home. MA Chidambaram Stadium is packed too many supports of CSK as well Dhoni. Meanwhile, the Chennai team will come his home after a long time. So the enthusiasm of ‘Yellow Army’ has reached its too high.

MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai is also known as Chepauk Stadium. This is a too old cricket ground. This stadium is dominated by spinners. Many spinners have taken a lot of wickets in this ground. The team will good spinners dominates in the field. The amount of ball spin on the pitch can be high. The Chepauk Stadium pitch has been good for batsmen over the years also. CSK’ Openers Rituraj Gaikwad and Devon Conway makes 110-run partnership for the first wicket and spinner Moin Ali’s attacking knock helped Chennai Super Kings to a close 12 run win over Lucknow Super Giants. This is first victory for the Chennai team in IPL2023.

Chennai Super Kings had set a challenge of 218 runs for victory against Lucknow Super Giants while batting first. Lucknow made a strong start in chasing this match. Captain KL Rahul and opener Kyle Meyers gave the team a strong start.But both fell apart against the Chennai bowlers in the powerplay. Meyers carry his form match also, who had an explosive innings in the first match against Delhi Capitals. He completed his half century in just 21 balls.

Dhoni give the ball to Moeen Ali and In the 6th over, Moeen Ali dismissed Meyers when the Lucknow team’s score was 79. Meyers was dismissed for 53 off just 22 balls. After that, Moeen Ali dismissed captain KL Rahul, Krunal Pandya and Stoinis.

At this point the Lucknow team found itself in trouble, Nicholas Pooran started hitting one after the other. But  Lucknow’s hopes were washed by Tushar Deshpande dismissing Nicholas Puran. Ayush Badoni and Krishnappa Gautam played some big shots in the last over. But, their efforts were insufficient to win this match.
